The LMT Group has developed a special training program for customers and partners. Courses take place at LMT Group sites or, upon request, also on-site at the customer's/partner's premises. In addition, our web seminars in English and German can be accessed from all over the world.
The LMT Group has set itself the goal of recruiting future managers from its own ranks. To this end, we have founded the human resources development program L³, or "L Cube" in English. The name stands for "Live, Learn, Lead". L³ is aimed at employees who have been with the LMT Group for at least two years and already hold a degree or a similar qualification (such as a title of master craftsman). With the help and support of mentors from the Global Executive Committee, participants prepare themselves over 18 months for their new roles.
